Couple Seeking Roommate or Additional Couple

Long Term Couple (3.5 years) looking for a roommate or additional couple to share a beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in East Flatbush. Elementary Teacher working on a masters and a photographer going back to school in BK, we love cooking, concerts, biking, and traveling when we can. We have 1 very calm small dog, 8 year old Shiht-Zhu/Valdeen rescue mix named Arlo who prefers relaxing or strolling in a park. We also have 2 cats who pretty much keep to themselves but will often be seen lounging in a window or sunny spot. We would prefer roommate/s with no additional animals but who would enjoy their company. We're not compulsive clean freaks but prefer to keep a tidy kitchen since we tend to cook often. We often visit family in PA on the weekends or go out exploring new parts of the city. Couples would be able to split rent/utilities 4 ways with us (about $700 a person).
