We have a very friendly cat in the apartment. The unit is on the ground floor and occupies the corner with windows in every room. The place has 5 bd 2 bth so it never feels too cramped. We are LGBTQ friendly and friendly just no cigs. Conveniently located by the Q and B church ave station and just a short ride away from the beach. Rent is well priced and utilities even better.
