hi . i?m Rhonda I?m 24 and i?m an elementary teacher. i am looking for one more roommate to fill my 3 bed 2 bath apartment. the other roommate is a graduate student. the apartment is located in Flatbush 1 minute from the 2/5 train and there are many stores, bars, laundry mats, etc in the area. the street itself is quiet. total rent is $890.20 per month (utilities included) and it would be $1899 total for move in (first month rent + security) message me if you or someone you know might be interested. the lease begins on August 1st.
