Hello everyone. I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment that is occupied by myself and one other roommate. The building amenities include a virtual doorman, rooftop access and a basement laundry room. In each room there is a remote control A/C unit. The apartment is located in East Flatbush two blocks away from the 2,5 train and a short 5-10 minute walk to the shopping area on Flatbush Ave. If you're interested so far, we are looking for a professional and considerate roommate who is cat friendly and clean.
