Private Floor in Flatbush

Hello! I will be moving out of my current apartment at the end of July and will be looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 1st, 2020. The current roommate is in her mid 20's and has been self quarantining/working remotely from home since early March, she is very quiet and mostly keeps to herself. The apartment is pet friendly and the current roommate has a small dog who is secluded to the upstairs so she will never be in your personal space. The apartment is two floors and you will have an entire floor to yourself with a private half bath, private living room and a private entrance. The shared spaces consist of a bathroom upstairs and the kitchen. The building has laundry on site and also a rooftop. The rent is $1150 per month and the security deposit is $1150 as well. The lease will end on February 28th, 2021 but there is the option to renew! If you are interested in viewing the apartment we can set something up but a face mask will be required :)
