Home is very spacious! Chefs kitchen, laundry room, enclosed porch for sunbathing, huge & beautiful backyard. Close to the 2/5 train at Flatbush Ave and B&Q at Newkirk Ave.

Ideal housemates are POC, Queer + Trans friendly, very clean, considerate, responsible, takes initiative, great communication, and pays rent on time (no excuses!) NO PETS due to severe allergies, sorry.

We are creatives! My wife and I are event producers. I’m a trained chef and she works in hospitality. Our home is our sanctuary. We like it calm & quiet. This is not a party house and due to COVID we prefer to not have guests over. We are bit introverted at time but throw amazing dinner parties, love good conversation and wine.
