Fun Spacious Apartment In Flatbush Brooklyn

Super spacious. One bedroom can fit a king size bed and has its own private bathroom and the rent for that is $864. The other bedroom is next to the living room and gets an amazing amount of sunlight and that one has a shared bathroom. The rent is bedroom $764 a month. Internet is around $24 a month. Electric and gas bill depends on how much we use.

It’s East Flatbush so there isn’t much. But there is a target a 13 minute walk away as well as a home goods. The train is a 3 - 5 minute walk away, it is the 2 & 5 train.

The neighborhood is really safe and nice I really like it! my favorite restaurant is a 20 minute walk away called milk and honey cafe. The Q train is also a 20 minute walk away. Yeah it’s a great deal! there’s tons of new apartments being built around here and they are extremely extremely extremely expensive. Laundry mat is across the street.

But we are very supportive of black lives matter and the LGBTQ community.
