Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease until September. You will then have the option to extend your stay!

- Flatbush, Brooklyn literally a block away from Church ave train stop on the 2 and 5 lines.
- Crunch gym a few blocks away! The only gym I've been going to, super clean and friendly!
- Utilities about $60 a month
- Not pet friendly at the moment due to allergies of a roommate
- laundry in the building

- The view is amazing!!!

The unit is a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. This bedroom is up a spiral staircase and the room itself is the perfect work from home spot that'll fit a big desk with a desktop computer. You'll have even more space if you're just working on a laptop! You also have control of the temperature in your room with an ac/heater unit.
I'm able to fit my tv, desktop, desk, full-sized bed, bookshelf, and dressers in this room and still have enough comfortable space to walk through or do yoga in. I've also attached room measurements and my furniture for reference.
The room will come unfurnished, however, I do have an office chair I'm willing to leave behind! Available March 1!
