This unit is in a private house of 2 floors. The unit is located on the 1st floor, fully renovated, high ceilings, brand new appliances, huge kitchen with a living room, a private backyard and driveway available for parking.

The price does not include utilities - you would need to pay for Elec (varies based on usage) - Gas (roughly $20 per person) - Wifi ($40 per person - Verizon Fios)

The room will be unfurnished. Available desk and chair and other furniture pieces for sale if interested.

This is a short term lease (6 month - renewal is possible by end of the lease) current lease is until beginning of June 2022.

Me: 2nd year PA student, clean and respectful, busy Monday thru Friday with rotations.
