Newly Renovated 2nd Fl Apartment

Newly renovated second floor apartment with a spacious bedroom. All common spaces are furnished. The roommate is only responsible for furnishing their room and bringing their own kitchenware (cups, flatware, dishes, pots/pans, etc.) The bathroom is semi private and would only be shared when guests are over, other than guests the bathroom is your own! This is a private house with tenants living in the basement apartment and my parents living on the 1st floor. There is a household pet (small dog) on the premises that sometimes comes into the apartment when I am home. This is my family home so please be mindful and respectful of the space. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. A block away from a commercial street (Church Ave). Approximately 5 blocks to the nearest train station (3).

My ideal roommate is someone I can get along well with. Communication and trust are important to me, especially in a shared space. A person who lives similarly to me is ideal; laid back, clean and tidy, mostly quiet. We should both feel comfortable living with one another and sharing the space!

A roommate agreement will be available and signed by both parties *duration of stay is negotiable*
