Unfurnished 1bedroom w/en suite

Hello,
I’m looking for a female roommate to move in beginning 3/1/22. This is a large apt located in East Flatbush close to bus stops, and a 10min walk to the 3&4 trains. Amenities include washer/dryer in unit. Available bdrm w/ en-suite(unfurnished), large shared living room, and outdoor space.
I’m a professional who works weekdays, and typically home or running errands on the weekends. I’m pretty chill, appreciate my peace and quiet, but don’t mind socializing every once in a while with roommates and friends. I’m currently pursuing an additional degree, so I would love a roomie who understands how important studying is and respecting boundaries when it comes to noise levels. I do have many allergies so there are no pets allowed (sorry). I do love to keep a clean apt and would expect my roomie to do the same in keeping a tidy space.
