Furnished room in East Flatbush - June 2024

We have a room in a 4-bedroom apartment in East Flatbush. The apartment has a washer machine, 2 half-bathrooms and 1 full bathroom with a shower and shared kitchen. The room is furnished and has its own refrigerator and a sink. There is a full-size bed, mattress, desk, dresser, rug.

Will be available starting June 2024. Currently occupied by an international student, who will be transferring to a different university. You are welcome to see it anytime with a notice.

You will be sharing with 3 females (work and study full time), all very quiet and polite, professionals. Apartment is in a private house and is very quiet and peaceful. It is about 10-minute walk from 3 train (Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road station) and about 10-minute bus ride from 4 train (Crown Heights-Utica Avenue station). Can use large living space as well.
