Welcome to our Cozy and Luxurious Private Home in East Flatbush, located in Brooklyn, NY. We are currently looking for clean and mindful tenants to move into this fully furnished home, which boasts many windows, an open concept living and dining room, a modernized kitchen, and nicely sized furnished or unfurnished bedrooms.

Our house is situated in a prime location, just a few blocks away from a beautiful park, a 10-minute walk to the 2 or 5 trains, which can get you to the city in less than 30 minutes. Additionally, we are located near a diverse array of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, offering you endless options for entertainment and convenience.

To qualify as a tenant, we require proof of steady employment and good credit. The first month's rent and a security deposit are also required. There is a laundromat conveniently located around the corner, and we have a cleaning company that comes bi-weekly to clean the shared areas and bathroom at no extra cost to you.
