Urgent- Roommate Needed Asap

Room available ASAP in a 2-bedroom, first floor apartment. Bedroom doesn’t have windows, but comes with large walk-in closet. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and backyard. Roommate is a very friendly male in his 50s who works daily and is tidy. Not much needed, I just need to know that you can pay on time for the entirety of your stay. Neighborhood is great: corner store, train and police station are all less than a 5-minute walk away. Terms negotiable. Serious inquiries only please.
