You will be on a lease with your roommates but only responsible for your share of the rent. 2 rooms available, both are $840 one room is fully furnished and has access to the backyard.

*ALL APPLICANTS MUST EARN 40X THE RENT (which translates to around 35k annually depending on price of the room you choose)

To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)

You will be on a lease and will need to get approved as you would for any lease so be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc.
