The rooms are unfurnished bedrooms available for rent on the main floor with a shared bathroom between them both. We are aiming to occupy the apartment Jan 31st/ Feb 14th so it is currently unfurnished. If you have any furniture for the common areas you are welcomed to bring it. There are beautiful hardwood floors through out the apartment with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has ample cabinets and counter space including an island that looks into the living room.

- Utilities (electric, gas and WiFi): about $100 a month depending on usage
- Holds a full-sized bed
- Through-the-wall air conditioner space
- Share full bathroom with 1 person
- Depending on move-in 1st month & security deposit ($800) required upfront

- 9.5 x 16 sqft
- 1 window with natural lighting facing back
- Rent $900/month
- Utilities (electric, gas and WiFi): about $100 a month depending on usage
- Holds a Queen-sized bed
- Through-the-wall air conditioner space
- Share full bathroom with 1 person
- Rent is $900* per month (hot water included)
- Depending on move-in 1st month & security deposit ($900) required upfront
