Long-term, month-to-month sublet room available in 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Great location 4 blocks from Graham Ave. L train (3 stops to Manhattan/E. Village) with plenty of shopping, bodegas, bars, restaurants, & laundry 2 blocks away.

Bedroom is 8x12 with a closet, ceiling fan, shelves and window overlooking a tree-lined street with plenty of sun. Comfortably fits a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, etc. with room to spare.

2nd story apartment has rooftop access with Manhattan skyline view which is a great place to hang out with friendly neighbors. Full-sized kitchen and furnished living room.

I have a well-behaved, sweet little older dog. Other dogs may be considered, but no cats please.

Looking for someone who is financially responsible, considerate, and friendly. Please be willing to chip in for shared household items (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) and contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of common areas without having to be asked or reminded. Having people over on a low-key basis is cool, but please no "bringing the party home." No couples or significant others staying over regularly (occasionally is fine.) Smokers are ok, just not in the apt. please...although in your bedroom with the window cracked & a bottle of Febreeze is cool.

Roommates are a female (me) and male with varied work schedules. I'm ideally looking for someone with a 9-5 type work schedule and who doesn't work from home.

$975 rent includes utilities except internet, which is $30 month.
1st month rent + 1 1/2 month security deposit for November 1st move in. Month-to-month lease, long-term preferred, with 30 day notice prior to moving out.
