$1350 Room Available July 1 - Graham L

We have a room in our 3br apt. that will become available on July 1, in a new construction building located between the Graham and Grand L stations.

The apartment has stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen/living room, balcony, laundry/gym in the basement, and an amazing roof deck. Rent includes all utilities (gas, electricity, internet, TV w/ Roku for HBO Go/Netfllix/Hulu - we don't have cable).

The room in question is approx 12x15 with a large closet and 2 windows, and can be available either fully furnished or empty. Also you will only share the bathroom with 1 other person.

Your roommates would be two late 20s men, one is a 9-5 professional and the other works evenings as a music producer. We both love to cook so the kitchen comes fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. The apartment is great for entertaining so we have people over on occasion, but for the most part we keep a fairly quiet (and clean) home.

Ideally we are looking for a man or women close to our age group with stable income (preferably 9-5 type job) who is looking for a place to stay long term.

1st month + 1 month Security Deposit to move in.
