Beautiful E. Williamsburg Apartment w/ 2 balconies

Hello! I have been living in this apartment for 3 years, and although both of my current roommates are moving out, I have no desire to leave. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a shared living room, as well as 2 balconies and roof access. The unit has central air, dishwasher, and modern appliances, and there is laundry in-building.

Apartment building is located near the Lorimer JM trains, Lorimer L, and Broadway G. It's a very safe neighborhood with a lot of fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. There's also a grocery store about 2 blocks away.

I am a 26 year old professional working in Account Management for a tech start up. I'm down to earth, laid-back, and looking for the same in new roommates. I smoke cigarettes (outdoors - never in the apartment), and am (very) 420 friendly. I love wine and like to go out on the weekends (usually locally in Brooklyn), but I don't usually get too crazy.
