Awesome Bedroom W/Private Bath -East Williamsburg

Looking for a roommate to rent my spare bedroom that comes with a small ensuite bathroom (shower+toilet but NO SINK. However the bathtub is convenient + my bathroom which is off the living room and the kitchen is available to use the sink). long or short term sublet is OK.

The living room doesn’t have a WINDOW! I don’t mind either a female or male roommates :)

Each room has a privately controlled modern AC/Heating unit. the room is furnished but enough space if you want to bring your furniture such as desk etc. However, I don't plan on moving out the queen bed since the mattress is almost brand new

A bit about me: I'm a friendly person/female in my late twenties. I work in finance. I enjoy outdoors such as exploring new places, boat cruising, parks, hiking, golf, etc weather permits. I don't smoke or do drugs. I drink a glass of wine socially. if you smoke, you got to do it outside the building. be a person who doesn't do drugs.

Utility, internet/TV is to be shared 50/50

One month security deposit required.
