Spacious Room In Williamsburg (Utilities Included)

We have a huge room available in a 3 bedroom, friendly apartment, utilities included in rent. The room has a window unit air conditioner. Common space includes a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and large balcony. Rent includes wireless internet, utilities and cable tv in the living room.

As stated, the room is quite a large one with plenty of room for a bed and additional furniture. The room is partially furnished with a bed and a table. The rent is $1100 with a one month security deposit up front. We do get noise from the bar below the apartment so this place is probably not a fit for particularly noise sensitive people.

The neighborhood is in Southeast Williamsburg. There are several laundromats and two large supermarkets a few blocks away. We are steps from the J, M Lorimer stop, as well as 2 blocks from the G Broadway stop or a short walk to the L train Lorimer stop. There are also several bus lines nearby.

We love the location, and have been here for several years now.
