Large Bedroom, Short-Term In Williamsburg

Hi there,

I'm renting my spare bedroom that comes with a small ensuite bathroom short term (for Jan & Feb.2019). Each room has a privately controlled modern AC/Heating unit.

My apartment is 2 blocks away from Grand st subway on L (2 min walk). laundromat, tons of restaurants, lots of fast foods, supermarkets, gym and pretty much everything you'd need is JUST within 2-5 min walking distance. your small bathroom. but none of my previous roommates had issues of using the bath tub as a sink. But still, there is a common bathroom off the living room (aka my bathroom) if you'd like to use both. Alternatively your bathtub is suitable for an easy hand wash.

A bit about me: I'm a friendly person/female in my late twenties. I work in finance. I enjoy outdoors such as exploring new places, boat cruising, parks, art galleries, traveling, etc when weather permits. I lived in different parts of the world and I enjoy adventure. I don't smoke or do drugs. I drink socially. if you smoke, you got to do it outside the building. No drug use in my apartment.

Utility, internet/TV is to be shared 50/50
