Awesome bedroom w/ensuite bathroom in Williamsburg

Hi there,

I'm renting my spare bedroom that comes with mini ensuite bathroom. Each room has modern AC/Heating unit that's controlled with a remote. The bathroom doesn? t have a sink but bathtub and/or the common bathroom located off the living room is convenient for hand wash etc

My apartment is a block away from subway (2 min walking distance). laundromat, tons of restaurants, lots of fast foods, supermarkets, gym and pretty much everything you'd need is JUST within 3-5 min walking distance.

A bit about me: I'm a friendly person/female in my late twenties. I work in finance. I enjoy outdoors such as exploring new places, boat cruising, parks, art galleries, traveling etc. I lived in different parts of the world and I really enjoy exploring new places, food, culture and people.

Utility, internet/TV is to be shared 50/50
