Shared bathroom and large living space. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel with a new dishwasher. I cook at home often.

Walking times: 2 minute walk from the Montrose L stop. 5 minutes from Grand L stop. 15 minutes from Metropolitan (Lorimer) G train. 15 minutes from Flushing J or M train.

I'm a laid back individual but I don't necessarily want the party coming back at night. Basically looking for a mature, quiet, respectful person.

The apartment is in a great location as its close to restaurants, shops, etc. It takes around 15-20 minutes to take the L to Union Square. The laundry is across the street.
