Large bright room in a new building off Montrose ave available 1st of Oct, you will be joining the lease.

There is laundry, gym and a roof top garden in the building. There is also a rec room for reading/ working, also where we have thrown a few games nights. The bedroom itself is large enough to fit a queen size bed and has a large built in wardrobe

You will be sharing with two professional females in the design industry. The apartment is very chill during the work week, love a casual couch wine, and we like to go out at the weekends.
The area is great- short walk to robertas, and our local bar is Topaz - amateur comedy on Monday?s is worth a visit!
