Hi there! I recently bought my apartment in Brooklyn and am going abroad for the full month of July. I am seeking a respectable tenant who will take care of my home while I am away! The apartment is in a great location in East Williamsburg, just steps from the M and J train and two stops from Manhattan. The apartment is partially renovated, with a brand new master bedroom and living room. The kitchen and bathroom are not yet renovated. There is a second bedroom but it is being used mainly for storage right now. The apartment is also partially furnished with a queen sized bed and dining room table. Utilities are included in the rent. This is a great place for anyone who wants to be close to Manhattan, super close to the train, and willing to put up with a place that is not quite fully renovated!
