Furnished room for rent in 3 bdr apartment

HI! We have a furnished room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment for immediate move in, month-to-month, max 3 months. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person and would have access to the rest of the common area as well as the communal rooftop.

The room will come with a bed (comforter and pillows exct), desk and shelving unit (plants not included!). the room has good closet space with storage bins and under the bed storage. The room does NOT have a wall window, but has a skylight. Also, this is a 4th floor walk up.

All utilities and internet are included. We are asking for a $400 security deposit.

You will be living with two females in their late 20's. We both work full time jobs from home during the week and are off on the weekends, one works in research and one works in PR. We are both pretty laid back, we just ask that you clean up after yourself. YOU WILL BE LIVING WITH TWO DOGS AND A CAT, SO YOU MUST LIKE ANIMALS. Jobe and Marlo are both two big friendly boxers, who greet you as soon as you walk into the door, but will leave you alone after that if you don't want to be bothered, Sushi the cat is aloof and most likely will not pay attention to you.

We are a 6 minute walk to the Montrose L train, a 7 minute walk to the Lorimer M&J train and a 10 minute walk to the Broadway G train. We are considered East Williamsburg, the neighborhood is definitely a mixture of old and new Brooklyn and has a ton of bars/places to eat. There is a super market less than 1 minute away and a Laundromat 2 minutes from the apartment.
