Basement Room for Rent

My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join our lease in East Williamsburg. You will have a HUGE room on the lower level with a window, your own private half-bath, and private access to our outside patio space. We are two laid-back professionals, both working in the wellness industry. We are looking for a laid-back male or female between the ages of 25-35, working professional to join our home! There is plenty of space on the upper level, a lot of plants, two full baths, and a shared living room and kitchen.
