The apartment includes bi-monthly cleanings, laundry, gym, dishwasher, and the room includes an air conditioner and can come furnished or unfurnished if you'd like.

It's less than a 5 minute walk to the Montrose L train stop and 10-15 minute walk to the J, M, Z and G train. Super close to Roberta's, Sweet Science, The Paper Box and Safe Gallery and quick commute to Manhattan

The other roommates are 3 young professional women in their mid twenties to early 30s. The apartment has a nice vibe, the roommates are super easy to get along with, I LOVED living in the space.

You would be signing a new lease and would need to get approved by the leasing company, which generally requires a 650 credit score and income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Note: utilities come out to about $150 per month. Guarantors are accepted.
