$900 Furnished Room in 2BR Available Feb 1st

$900 per month plus utilities (usually $80-120 per month) for one fully furnished bedroom (full sized bed, dresser wardrobe and lamp ) in a two bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. Move in date is February 1st. I am flexible on length of stay but would prefer it to be for six months. With the option of staying longer. I will need one months rent. Rent is due at the end of each month) and one month security of $900. No other fees.

* Separate entrances so everyone has privacy.

* Large kitchen with great natural light.

* Only two blocks from the Grand St L train (3 blocks from Graham).?Less than 10 min from Manhattan.

* 9 Min walk to Metropolitan Ave G train

* 15 min walk to Flushing J/M Train

* One block from B43, Q54 and Q59 buses.

* Less than 1 block from a 24 hour laundromat and 4 grocery stores nearby.

* A 5 min walk to Cooper Park.

* Sorry, no pets, no couples.

A little about me. I DJ and Bar back so I work nights. Don't have to keep the same schedule but I do tend to stay up late most nights (mostly hang out in my room). I have a social life but I don't have big parties. I'd love someone who respects common spaces, cleanliness and who is more into having a dinner party than a rager.
