2 Rooms in Modern Apt w/ Private Backyard

Looking to fill 2 bedrooms in our beautiful 4 br/1.5 bath duplex!

Bedroom 1, $1150: My current room! Can easily fit a full-sized bed, nightstand, and probably a small desk. The closet is huge and the room came with built-in shelves so storage is NOT an issue.

Bedroom 2: $1500: You would have the entire 2nd floor all to yourself! Incredibly spacious and private bedroom and living area with your own half bath and closet. This space is so huge, pictures don't do it justice.

The kitchen is furnished with a large table, microwave, toaster oven & a gas stove/oven. The bathroom is fitted with modern subway tile and also has plenty of storage space so it never feels crowded with products! We also have a washer, dryer & dishwasher in-unit, and a great private backyard with outdoor lights & a firepit.

The apartment is right off the Montrose L train and couldn't be more convenient for commuting (if you're commuting)! There's also plenty of takeout and coffee places nearby for grabbing coffee or WHO lunch.

Internet is about $16/month/person and electricity ranges from $50-$70/month/person.

We're two female professionals who are super laid back and chill! Spend a lot of time in our rooms but are also down to kick it and hang out with you.

You: preferably in your 20s, a working professional or grad student who is taking COVID-19 *seriously*. We aren't opposed to infrequent guests as long as appropriate precautions are taken and all common spaces are disinfected immediately. Also! NO MORE PETS allowed in the apartment. We currently have a fluffy cat who is friendly towards people but doesn't do well with other animals.
