We have one room opening up in our 3BD/1BA apartment in East Williamsburg, steps to the L train at both Grand and Graham. Lots of restaurants/bars in the area, Cooper Park to relax just north of us, and the C Town on Graham for groceries.

This is a great space in a nice, quiet area. Our landlord lives just upstairs from us and is extremely responsive, laid back and welcoming, but most importantly, accepts rent via Venmo.

The apartment is big, safe, clean, and affordable, with (mostly) hardwood floors. We're also wired for high speed FiOS internet, with reasonably priced utilities (we pay gas & power).

US: Two male professionals in our 20s and 30s with options to work remote from the apartment. We're both comfortable with each other and respectably quiet in our own rooms. Happy to socialize and easy to get-along with as well. Keep things clean and safe.

YOU: If you can match these basic qualifiers above, you'll make a great roommate here. Basically just be a decent human being. :)

ROOM: The room is front facing, with a window looking out at the church across the street (with surprisingly little street noise!!). This room is spacious and bright, with a fire escape connected. Max recommended bed size is a Queen mattress/frame. This room is partially furnished with a window desk and bookshelf.
