Large Bedroom for Rent in Williamsburg

Sunny private bedroom with a closet in a 3-bed, 1 bathroom East Williamsburg apartment with a month-to-month agreement. Posting is for October 1, 2020 move in and rent payment, but there is the possibility for an end of September move in for no extra cost if desired.

The room currently fits a full sized bed, drawer, shelf unit, bookcase, and desk?so there?s ample space for anyone working from home. I live with my two cats but the apartment will be pet free after I move. The building allows pets, but I would need to get the okay from the two roommates that will be staying.

The room is street facing and has two windows for a great deal of natural light throughout the day. The common area in the apartment also gets natural light throughout the day, and the windows in the living room are tree-lined, making it lovely when the light shines through. There is some additional storage area in the hallway outside the apartment.

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) and you would live with two other roommates (both male and working professionals) in a friendly environment. We like to keep a friendly vibe, and the roommates enjoy spending time together. There is a large TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. The common area is furnished.

The apartment is LGBTQ friendly-a must for any new roommate.

The apartment is located close to the JMZ trains (about a 4 min walk and an elevator equipped stop) and also close to the G train (about a 6 min walk and not equipped with an elevator). The L train is also reachable (about a 12 min walk and no elevator).

The apartment is located at the edge of Williamsburg and is a short walk to Bushwick and Bedstuy.
