Super Spacious with Backyard Oasis in Williamsburg

Looking for a few special folks to enjoy our home while we spend December out of town.

The space
This is a 3 bedroom, one bath, first-floor apartment with a massive living area. We are subletting at least two of our rooms, both of which have walk-in closets and large windows. Currently, since we are a couple, we use the smaller bedroom as an office, but all rooms are large enough to have a bed and a desk if that setup is preferable! We're flexible on what furniture we leave in the rooms for whoever comes in, open to adjusting based on your needs/desires.

The apartment has incredibly high ceilings, it's sun drenched, and comes with an enormous PRIVATE backyard with a gas grill AND a charcoal grill, outdoor dining table, hammock, a magical full wall of ivy, a bathtub herb garden, and even a mini turf lawn.

The neighborhood:
You'll be down the block from Brooklyn Ball Factory and Nick & Sons bakery, not to mention a stone's throw away culinary delights like Testo and Win Son. Plenty of other favorites on nearby Grand St. We're equidistant to L, G, and JMZ. Parking is pretty chill around the neighborhood, too.
