Sunny, beautiful room in East Williamsburg

Hi everyone! I’m moving in with my boyfriend and am looking for a sublet to take my spot in my three-bedroom East Williamsburg apartment. I’m super flexible with start dates — you could move in as early as Dec. 15, but late Dec/early Jan works too! The lease goes through Sept. 30, 2021 and you’ll have the option to renew if you want. Rent for the room is $950 with a $950 security deposit. Heat and water are included!

The apartment is super beautiful and in a prime location. It has laundry in-building, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, high ceilings and tons of parking nearby. Our landlord is great and responds almost immediately to any problem. It’s steps off the Montrose L subway (15 minute train to Union Square), is across the street from a big grocery store, and has tons of great restaurants + bars w/ outdoor patios surrounding it. Cooper Park and Maria Hernandez Park are both 15-20 min walks away.

You’d be living with two women in their mid-20s who are incredible roommates (I’m very sad to leave them!). They both work remotely (for now) from 9-6 and are very friendly, respectful, clean, and easygoing. We're all liberal, LGBTQIA+ friendly and take COVID seriously.

One of my roomies has a 3-year-old dog named Kiwi who she takes care of 100% of the time. Kiwi is almost always in my roommate's bedroom and he's very well-trained, hypoallergenic (he doesn’t shed!) and super cute.
