February sublease in large loft!

please read carefully!

This room is medium size with closet, comes with a twin mattress if you’re interested (but can also be taken out) and the apt has two bathrooms. this is just a sublease for February but can be extended until September first if you love the place, the original price of the room is $1156 so after February that’s what the rent will be plus utilities. The apt is a 3 bedroom, room one has a really great couple, some things about them is they love to cook, smoke. The other room is occupied by me, i’m 20, work full time in retail, some of my hobbies are photography, music, and thrifting! the whole apartment after February will be going up for rent so if you decide you wanna stay after the month is up then you’ll be having only 2 new roommates starting march 1st and will have to sign a the lease. in general the building is super cool, has huge roof top, gym, laundry in the basement (but there is also a washer/dryer in the unit), and right off the morgan L, like seriously the building is right next to the station!
