Room for rent in East Williamsburg

One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. Looking for someone to move in ASAP to fill the second bedroom. The lease ends July 31, 2022. The neighborhood is lively and close to many local restaurants and bars. The L train is a 6 min walk and the G train is about a 12 min walk.
I am a grad student at Fordham and looking for another student or working individual to share the space with me. I like to keep the place relatively quiet as I spend so much time doing school work, but I’m also up for a roommate to hang with every now and then! I also have a super sweet dog, so you would need to okay with a dog friendly space. If you have a dog of your own. I am not looking to add any more pets to the mix at this time.
