Spacious Bedroom in 2-Bedroom Williamsburg Apt.

Looking for someone to join me on a lease (or as a sublease) on a new apartment in East Williamsburg. It's a big spacious apartment, just steps from the L/G train entrance on Metropolitan. The apartment has three full rooms, all with windows, two with closets (third could be an office or just an additional room for storage), good size bathroom, washer/dryer IN unit, and even a small outdoor area to hang out when the weather is nice. Bedrooms separated by living room and kitchen so great for privacy.

About you: Clean, considerate, doesn't bring the party home, and easy to get along with. Preferably non-smoking. Since I work outside the home, work-from-home is fine by me. Male or female ok.

About me: male, early 30s, work in sports media. Really personable and affable. Clean, communicative, don't smoke/party and generally just a lowkey guy. No weird habits or quirks.

The apartment is currently unfurnished so if you have communal furniture, GREAT, but if not, I'll be working on furnishing it in the next couple weeks.
