Cozy Bedroom - Prime Location

Hello Hello,

I am moving out of this current room as I am moving in with my boyfriend up the road – so hoping to pass this cozy space onto someone wonderful.

This is a 3 bed apartment in a tree lined street with a private outdoor space and a fire pit, really great for when spring time rolls around again :) It has a window A/C unit and central heating. Apartment and kitchen are fully furnished but I will be taking most of the furniture out of the room, unless you need me to leave something behind – if you are new to the city and have no furniture yet.

Location is epic and super well connected: 4min walk to Hewes J/M + 10min walk to Lorimer L + 6min walk to Broadway G. Neighbours are also really sweet and take your packages in if you're not home.

You’ll have 1 other roommate who is currently using the other 2 rooms, one as her bedroom and one as her office. She is early 30’s, works hybrid as a data engineer at Spotify. She loves to work out and enjoys being outdoors. She has the cutest Dachshund puppy too, named Honey, who will be your new best friend :)

You: Ideally female. Late 20’s to late 30’s. Works a hybrid schedule. Clean and chill and doesn’t bring the party home. We really want someone that treats this place like a home and hopefully a new friend to the space!

Move in date is flexible, but ideally around 1 January 2024. 1 month rent deposit ($1150). Shared bills for WIFI + ConEd averages $50/person per month.
