Located on Devoe Street, close to plenty of bars and restaurants, 5 min walk Grand St Station for the L line which will take you into the city in 15 mins.

Rent is $1825 per month (UTILITIES INCLUDED) with one month security deposit, you'll need the standard good credit, stable income etc etc.
