Room Available in Beautiful East Williamsburg Loft

My sister and I are looking for a roommate to fill the third bedroom in our beautiful loft apartment in East Williamsburg. The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms, and the forth bedroom will be used as a communal workspace and for extra storage. The free room is the one in the photographs and is very spacious, able to fit a queen bed as well as a desk/dresser/any other furniture you need. The room also has a large closet with lots of storage space. Apartment has 20 foot high ceilings with beautiful industrial lighting, a washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit, and ceiling fans with a light in each room that are remote controlled. We are very clean and love to keep the living room and kitchen cozy and comfortable. We have a TV that has a Xbox with many games and also includes Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, and Amazon Prime. Also, there is a Nintendo Switch that has many games as well. We're on the ground floor so no walking up stairs. There is a shared rooftop that is super great for summer nights with a skyline view of Manhattan. The building is also steps away from the L train, and it takes about 10 minutes to get into Manhattan! Great location on a lively street with shops, bars, groceries, and delis all within walking distance. Utilities/Wifi are not included, as this will be paid to me separately from rent. Rent payments will be super easy, you'll just have to venmo me on or before the first of each month. Household is fully vaxxed. Don’t hesitate w any questions :)
