Very sunny, unfurnished 14x11' room with closet available for $975/month + utilities (approx. $65/month give or take). Utilities include wifi internet, electric, & gas. Costs of common household goods such as toilet paper and dish washing liquid are shared. These expenses get more expensive in the summer due to air conditioning.

1000sq foot 3-bedroom apartment with two other people and two cats.

Short term rentals for 6 months or less would be considered, but rent would be higher.

One month's rent and one month's deposit required to move in.

Beautiful neighborhood with plenty of resources within walking distance. Near Brooklyn College, The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and Prospect Park.

The apartment is three blocks away from the Newkirk Plaza station off the B/Q line and 15 min walk from the 2/5 trains. It takes me about 40 minutes to get to Wall Street in the morning rush hour, and that seems to be the same in covid times.

I am a 48 yr old archivist while my partner is a 46 year old artist working as an art handler.

We are looking for someone who is mature and professional, communicative, clean, and friendly. We're social, but not party animals, and need our sleep. We also value our personal private time and would respect yours. If you're in your early 20s looking for your first apartment out of the dorm, this situation will likely not work out for you. No couples, please. No additional pets, please.
