This is a real nice room in a two bedroom pre-war building with elevator and laundry in basement. Off Cortelyou road, close to lots of restaurants, food coop, farmers market lots of other amenities. Close two block to Q train & 103 bus, 5mint to B train. Share kitchen and bath, all utilities included plus internet. I'm looking for a mature, clean, and working person who is easy going and respectful. No drugs nor heavy drinkers. Room is for short stay only, no overnight guess. I am a very friendly down to earth Caribbean woman who loves to cook, and work from home at times. Pic per request.
