Large Bedroom in great Ditmas Park Neighborhood

Looking for someone who is honest and friendly. I have a great 3 bedroom apartment in Kensington/Ditmas Park with laundry room and one block from the Q train station on quiet block. I am a hard working corporate female who is looking for someone reliable. There is usually parking on the streets and you can get a garage space for a fee. The current roommate is a quiet lady who works hard and is very courteous. Would like someone who is willing to be attentive to things when I am not around (I work out of state) and who would help keep the apartment clean. I am originally from Trinidad so you will have no issues with me. The apartment in Ditmas Park is in a beautiful neighborhood with a Food Coop on the corner and lots of restaurants such as Japanese, Indian, Thai, Mexican.
