Currently looking to fill a bedroom that comfortably fits a full sized bed and has a closet. The apartment has a full sized kitchen, two living areas, and two bathrooms. Heating and water are included and each room in the apartment has both a ceiling fan and radiator. All common areas are fully furnished (Note: Some of the furniture belongs to the room mate moving out and will leave with her). We also have a washer and a dryer as well as a dishwasher and built in microwave.


Our apartment is a five min walk away from the 2/5 train and a 10-15 min walk from the Q train. We are located in a calm neighborhood that is near plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as several options of grocery stores and pharmacies.

The current residents, your possible future roommates, are all employed in the creative industry, around 24 years old, and are pretty low key.
