The apartment is 1600 sq feet and is 2.5 blocks from Prospect Park and Parade Ground, 1 block from Cortelyou, and 7 minutes from two subways stops. Subway Q and B (Church and Beverly stops) are 2 blocks away. Apartment is on the top floor (6th) and has a great view. It's on the 6th floor of an elevator building. The kitchen is huge and great for cooking and has beautiful granite counters. All appliances are new: fridge, oven, dishwasher, counters. The bathrooms are remodeled and the entire place has bamboo wood flooring. There is a LG washer/dryer combo in the apartment. There are plenty of closets and storage spaces. Water and heat are included. Utilities are wifi, electricity, and gas.

My name is Christian and I live in the apartment. Moved to NYC from the bay area 10 years ago. I've lived in many parts of Brooklyn, but I've lived here for 4 years. It's a must see!!!
