Hello.. I'm subletting a very large second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment.

The apartment is an incredibly spacious, a very large living room with a dining table, modern refrigerator and stovetop.

The available bedroom has a brand new full bed (in plastic), freshly laid carpet as pictured , a TV stand, a built in closet and one huge window with lots of sunlight. The room can easily fit a dresser and two nightstands. Rent is $1000 includes all utilities. There’s also a washer/dryer in the basement. Location is excellent for public transportation, literally 10 steps to the B/Q train, 2 blocks to B41, B16, B12 & B35 buses. The ever-developing Flatbush Ave with many new bars and restaurants is at walking distance.

I currently work Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm and would like to have a working professional also. This sublet is for one person (sorry, no couples). Smokers are ok (outside apartment).
Roommate is allowed to use the common areas.
