Spacious Room Available In 2BR Near Prospect Park

200 sq. ft. (approx) private unfurnished room available in a 2-Bed 1-Bath apartment one block away from Parkside station (Q train) and two blocks away from Church Ave station (BQ trains).

We'll be sharing a furnished kitchen, a bathroom, and a common area (currently has a futon and a table, but we plan to spice things up after the move).

We are a couple with a 7-year-old dog, we're fairly domestic (we cook a lot), quiet, and respectful. I work in animal welfare Tues-Sat (early mornings) and my boyfriend currently works various jobs in theater.

Looking for a roommate that is okay with dogs, respectful, clean, and quiet (within reason).

Viewings can be arranged on Sundays, Mondays, and after 5pm on other days.
