My name is Mark and I am looking for a roommate to sign a one year lease with me. My former roommate moved out because he could afford to live by himself. This will be the 3rd year I am resigning the lease. It's a nice apartment which was renovated during the summer of 2017 (see attached photos) and the surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and safe. All of your errands can be done by walking and everything is within a 1 mile radius. It's around an hour commute to midtown Manhattan and there is a express train that runs during weekday commuting hours.

I work Mon. through Fri. for a womenswear company during the day and attend hair school at night. I am usually home on the weekends and will hang out with my friends, go to the gym and cook. Cooking is a hobby of mine and I like to share and I love Ina Garten haha.

The cost is move in is first months rent plus security deposit ($975 x 2). There is a $20
fee to apply to the apartment. Utilities run $25-$50 per tenant per month and include electricity, gas and internet. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
