Private Room In Beautiful Area

Hi

My name is Dev and I am seeking a cool, very clean, and responsible roommate to share my space with. The room I’ll be renting is a semi large room, spacious enough for a Queen sized bed, dresser, and television. It has a sliding closet, and a large window facing the front of the building providing an inviting view.

I am a 9-5 Professional who works for the City, I’ve lived in the area for many years, I am sometimes away during the weekends either visiting family, or running errands, but for the most part a homebody. I’m an organized person who loves to laugh and embraces positive energy and great communication. Im hoping to meet a roommate that will be okay with an in depth conversation/interview to determine if we can be compatible roomies.
